Up to and through signing of the deeds :
- Translation and discussing all aspects of documents. Arranging notaire appointments/proxy.
- Banks/loans : making sure you have the best possible offer to suit your needs. Translations and explanations of offers; help with setting up French bank account.
- Co-ordinating between yourselves; development office; banks; notaires etc etc.
During construction phase :
- We keep you fully updated with progress; send photos and translate/discuss any documents from development office, banks, notaries, etc, etc.
At completion/delivery :
- We arrange suitable date for key collection and will collect, (or if rental, arrange management to collect), if you do not wish to travel.
- Organize court bailiff (hussier), for walk-thru and make sure any snagging is promptly dealt with by construction office.
- Help/organize utilities companies and have required connections.
- Recommend/assist with kitchens; furnishings etc. - if needed.
Arranging rental management :
- As a group we offer the market in access of 2000 properties per year for rental - we naturally have very strong pulling power to obtain excellent offers.
- Will arrange a choice of national and local management companies.
- We guide you to the best offer.
- Will translate and guide you thru rental-management and tenant agreements.
- We guide you thru all tax matters, or arrange/seek guidance thru our associated notaries, fiscalists and tax lawyers - all of whom have both local and international knowledge.
Selling your investment :
We only market the group developments and do not handle re-sales. HOWEVER.. We will market/sell your property at the highest value, through a combination of this office, national/local real estate agents, notaries and private outlets..AT ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA COSTS/FEES TO YOU!!!
